@Christopher Huntsman What do you mean by "I already filed 2020.."----when did you do that? The current online software is only for 2021----no other year. If you just used online for 2020 you have made a big mistake.
And why do you need a refund for 2019? How and when did you pay for 2019? Did you pay and prepare a 2019 return in 2020 and just not file it? You can still file it by mail.
Please explain more clearly what you are trying to do.
