And....there has not been an "EZ" tax form for several years now. Since the tax laws changed for 2018 and beyond, everyone files on a Form 1040. Having tax withheld from Social Security in order to get a refund later just gives the government an interest-free loan all year if your only income is Social Security. And that whole thing about the business being in your child's name sounds shady--not sure what you are trying to do that involves your child.
