No. The license code is only for the CD/download and cannot be used with the online software. If you use online you simply open an account online and pay the fees. And be careful---we see people who purchase the CD/download and then they log in to online software by mistake. If you buy the CD/download you do not "log in" to use it--you open up the program from your own hard drive.
