You had to start or update your Advantage subscription before November 2021 to have the 2021 tax software available to you as a CD or Download. Since you updated the Advantage subscription in December 2021 it will only be for the 2022 software available in November 2022.
If you do not have a charge from TurboTax for the software then it has not been ordered. Go ahead and purchase the 2021 software from the TurboTax website and download it - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
