Ok ... let me see if I have this right ...
> you have an admin account on the computer
>you installed the program as the admin user
>program installed OK
>opened program in another user account
>program works fine in other user account but will not install updates
FIX : give the other user ADMIN privileges OR go back to admin account to update (make sure the program is installed on the C drive ... that is where the updates will look for it.)
FYI ... not a techie ... just an observation
