Schedule A - Medical Expenses Worksheet, line 2.o, "Other self-employed health insurance not deducted as an adj to income"

 

This one is a bit tricky but there should be a corresponding worksheet for the Self Employed Health insurance deduction to see the calculation ... basically whatever you could not use on the form 1040 as an adjustment to income is added to your Sch A medical expenses.  This could have been adjusted if you had ACA insurance and you either had to repay some or all of the advance premium tax credit OR  got more of the credit.
