Then not sure what the problem is with your states. It is very common to have a non-resident state return and a resident state return-----have not seen any other users posting about the problem you describe. When you e-file are you watching for the confirmation emails that tell you that the state returns are accepted? Are you waiting to e-file until all the state forms are available---not trying to e-file too soon in the tax season?
