Go back into your account and see what is in the orders section ... it is possible that you did not delete one of the orders and just added a second one.  It is also possible that the email was sent using the old information and not what you just updated.  

 

If you have a TurboTax Advantage account (automatic renewal) take the following steps:

  • Sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account;
  • Under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  
  • Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.
