Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Go back into your account and see what is in the orders section ... it is possible that you did not delete one of the orders and just added a second one. It is also possible that the email was sent using the old information and not what you just updated.
If you have a TurboTax Advantage account (automatic renewal) take the following steps:
- Sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account;
- Under Your Product, select to Remove Product.
- Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.
