Not sure where you ever saw $14.95 as a price for state software. If you need to download software for a second state, it will be more than $14.95. Software for a second state is about $45 to download. Sorry.
And when you use desktop software there is always a extra fee ($25) fee to e-file that state return, unless you print it and mail it instead of e-filing the state.
