Once again ... you were renting the properties out since 2008 and reporting the income & expenses on the Sch E but did NOT take any depreciation on line 18 all these years ? If that is your situation you have BIG problems you will not be able to correct yourself. Seek local professional assistance ASAP for the form 3115 and to complete/file the 2020 return.
