Since you are a dependent you are not eligible for any stimulus payments/Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 federal tax return. If you are age 17 or older in 2020 you are not eligible for a Recovery Rebate Credit as a dependent on your parent's tax return.
If you have no income of any kind in 2020 you do not file a tax return.
Your parent claiming you as a dependent on their 2020 federal tax return will be eligible for the third stimulus payment for a dependent.
