Visit the IRS website. Go tohttps://www.irs.gov/, and click "Get my Tax Record." Select "Get Transcript by Mail."
Fill the form out with your personal information. The form asks for your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Tax ID Number (ITIN). Fill it out using only your ITIN.
Choose which type of transcript you would like. You will see a dropdown box with 2 options for transcripts.
Wait 5 to 10 days for the transcript to arrive. A paper transcript will arrive in an envelope.
