Check your printout of you Electronic Filing Instructions sheet for North Carolina:

IF you've already arranged it it will be shown like the picture below.  Check the date, account, and routing numbers too.

IF the D.Debit information is not on that sheet, then you will have to pay separately using either a)  a paper check thru the mail along with a D400V voucher, or b) directly debit on the NC tax website;  (   https://electronic-services.dor.nc.gov/wps/portal/d400v  )
