I am being charged for my taxes which it has been processed for months. If I have to pay them without receiving my refund, then what is the point of the option to pay when I "receive" my refund. Apparently, people choose that option for a reason and the reason is they can't afford to pay it until they receive their money from their refund. I've tried calling but that's no luck. The only reason I chose turbo was because of a Uber promo but this is the 2nd year that I've had an issue and only when I'm using them. I've never had any issue with other tax services so this will be my last and final year with using turbo tax. It's not worth it. I can't even get in contact with any one and I'm over it.
