2018? That does not even make sense. When did you request that extension? Did you request it in 2019? You could not get an extension for a 2018 return now. The filing deadline for a 2018 return was October 15, 2019. If you owed tax you had to pay the estimated tax by April 15, 2019 and the extension would have given you until 10-15 to file the return. If you are getting a refund you have up to three years from the filing deadline to get the return filed and receive the refund, and you do not even need an extension for that.
There is no reason to try and withdraw an extension you do not even have. File the 2018 return asap if you owe tax due and expect a bill for the penalties and interest. Or.....file it by October 15, 2021 in order to get your refund.
