How do get a refund for my state e-file when TurboTax refuses to send it?
I intended to e-file both Fed and California State. I went through all the checks... no errors. I paid for CA State e-file. When I tried to do the final e-file submission AFTER paying... TurboTax said "Oh, we have to do one more check" and then it told me that it is unable to e-file my CA State because my W-2 has the state abbreviation CA more than once in box 15. (Thanks for nothing TRINET HR III-A, INC.!)
WHY THE F DIDN'T IT TELL ME THIS BEFORE IT ALLOWED ME TO PAY FOR CA STATE E-FILE?!?!?!?!?!
I want my $25 back.
Any clues as to how to get this resolved? The "Contact Us" page is currently blank...
