You may or may not get a response in this cluttered 16-page miscellaneous thread. Normally it's best if a user starts their own new thread on an issue like that, which makes it more visible and is more conducive to a back and forth, and more likely to catch the eye of someone who is familiar with that topic. You'll likely have to be questioned about your 1099-R. You didn't mention what the problem fields are and if you are using Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download).
I'll see if @dmertz who is familiar with that topic can assist you, but he may or may not be in the forum until tomorrow. And he'll likely need to question you for more info about the problem fields.
