Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If you are working in the online software, try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software. Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in and proceed to file.

If you are using the desktop version of the software, try the following to update your software
- Select the Online menu at the top
- Then select Check for Updates.
