I don't fully understand your situation. What do you mean by "after loading, it would not open?"
I assume you purchased a CD at Costco. Were you able to run the CD and launch the program installation screens? Or were you not able to get the installation to start; i.e., did the CD not run the setup program?
Or were you able to run the installation from the CD, but at the end of installation, did you have a problem with the activation screen? If so, we may be able to help you work around that.
Or did you get the program installed and activated with the license code, but then the TurboTax program would not launch?
Without more info, I'm not sure what/where the roadblock was.

I'm not sure what "load from online" means. Are you wanting to download an installation file to install the program instead of using the CD? If so, the instructions for getting a download should be on the CD sleeve or package insert, but you can also see this FAQ on how to get the installation file:

If that's not what you meant, and if you are asking if you can use Online TurboTax (the web version) with your purchased license code for the desktop software, then it won't let you do that. If you want to use Online TurboTax (web version) instead of desktop software, you might be able to get a refund for the desktop software. We can tell you more once we understand your situation.
