The Failed_Verification error appears to be caused by attempting e-file more than five times on a given product key. I bought and downloaded Turbotax from SoftwareDiscountUSA.com. Not sure if they sold the same product key more than once. The answer from Turbotax initially was to buy the software again. Said "no" to that and finally got another download and key from them so I could e-file. Worked fine...no "Failed_Verification" error.
