I'm having problems with your instructions. To delete Sch SE-T you wrote:

Select Tools
Scroll to Delete a Form
Scroll to Sch SE-T, select Delete, confirm the deletion"
I don't have a left menu. Perhaps you were referring to the MacOS version? I'm using the Windows version. The menu bar has the following, reading from left to right:

I clicked on the Tools menu option, but there is no "Delete a Form" there. When I have the Tools menu option open I see the following:
