Since you tried some of the troubleshooting web steps, I won't repeat those. Try just disabling your antivirus at the start of your TurboTax session until TurboTax loads. Also if you are getting the license code prompt, don't enter it again or you will use up one of your codes. Last try clearing your cache and cookies.
