Please forgive me if this isn't the right place to ask about this. I finished my 2020 Federal taxes in Premier (on a Win 10 laptop). The program worked fine up to there, but now it won't update and I can't download/install the 2 state programs I need. The updater just sits there, claiming another program is downloading or installing something. I know that's not the case. I tried rebooting, clean booting, and even checking in MSConfig to assure the update service is enabled. Nothing works. Can anyone help?
