You do not put anything whatsoever on your 2020 income tax return for the 3rd stimulus.
You can use the recovery rebate credit section for the 1st and 2nd stimulus checks. You cannot use it for check #3. If you are eligible for #3 it comes from the IRS automatically. TurboTax is not involved in getting your 3rd check.
