@DoninGA - I have READ the answers in this thread. I have tried all suggestions. And called support 3 times. There is no way to upgrade from Free File to paid version and take along all the data that was already entered. Essentially, you have to start over on another version. I have READ the suggestion of another user to go to another service provider and I like that idea the best.
