@MBaxter In this Community forum we have a limited capacity for Customer Service. The link I provided in my last post directs to the NY Nonresident Return. As I mentioned previously, it is not possible to e-file a NY (or any state's) return without also e-filing the Federal return. This is not a bug, but a disallowed action. Your options are either to mail in the return, or follow the steps suggested in the previous post.
