No, the 2017 Basic Edition is no longer available from TurboTax. By the way, Basic Edition cannot open your tax data file if you have a state return in it, since Basic Edition does not include a state program.
But you shouldn't need to purchase any software anyway. Next to your screen name above it is indicating you used Online Deluxe. If you prepared the 2017 return in Online TurboTax, you can get the 2017 amend software for free.
You appear to be using a Mac, at least to ask this question. If you need to amend it on your Mac, then you can use the form at the link below to request the free 2017 Mac software to do so. However, TurboTax Support is closed until Monday, November 26 due to the holiday.

Once you have your software you can download your *.tax2017 data file from your online account to amend it. An amended return cannot be efiled. It has to be printed, signed, dated and mailed. It can take the IRS up to 16 weeks to process.
It's a good idea to mail by a method that has tracking, such as certified return receipt or priority mail, etc.
