TurboTax nor any other tax preparation software company can interpret Congressional Legislation nor change the US Internal Revenue Code. That is the legal responsibility of the US Treasury Department through the Internal Revenue Service. Once those changes are made to the tax code by the IRS and any TurboTax software changes based on the tax code changes have been approved by the IRS, then and only then will the program changes be made available for public access.
