That will be impossible. E-filing for a 2019 return has been closed permanently since October of 2020. The only way to file a 2019 return is by mail. You have to print it, sign it in ink, and mail it in an envelope. And do be sure that you used 2019 software to prepare it ---did you prepare it last year when the online software was for 2019 returns? The current online software cannot be used for a 2019 return. Online is only for 2020 returns--no other year.
