No, you will not have to pay again. All you need to do is delete Form 1099-R that has been entered and then re-enter the same Form 1099-R again.
Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R
On the Your 1099-R Entries screen, delete the 1099-R listed. Then click on Add another 1099-R
