Delete the Form 1099-R that was entered and re-enter the Form manually. After entering the form there will be several screens asking questions about the withdrawal. One will have the option for selecting the withdrawal was due to Covid-19.
Additionally, what is the code in box 7 of the 1099-R? Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked? Is there an amount entered in box 2a? Is anything checked for box 2b?
