If your E-file status is showing "Accepted" and you are receiving a message when checking your status on the IRS Where's My Refund? site, then it sounds like everything went through ok. Did you receive an email from TurboTax that states "Action Needed" from turbotax@intuit.com.? This is what you would have received from us if your return was rejected again from the IRS if you are saying you resubmitted.
