You don't need to report interest income from an out-of-state bank account on a nonresident return. It only needs to be reported on your federal and resident state return.
To report the interest income:
- Login to your account.
- Select Federal from the left Menu
- Go to Wages and Income then Income and Expenses.
- Scroll down to Interest and Dividends
- Select Star next to Interest on 1099-INT
