Sorry---the Form 1040 does not break it down that way. When you file a joint return the refund is based on all of your combined income and if you owe, the amount due is also based on your combined income.
One thing you can look at the the self-employment tax---you are posting from Self-Employed---so that indicates that at least one of you has to pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare as well as ordinary income tax.
