Did you use the Online web version or the Desktop CD/Download program? If you used the Online version then if you used the same account each return overwrote the prior one. But if you have 3 separate .tax2018 files on your computer it sounds like you used the Desktop program.
What happens if you double click on a .tax2018 file? Instead of opening from the program?
