@duanerisse After many hours of frustration, I finally reached a technician who walked me through a solution, including purchasing the PC Download version, downloading my existing tax return work from the online version, and then importing it to the PC Download version. It worked for me *well, except for the refund, which may take 2-3 months. Hope this helps you and others with this problem:
