A form 1098 for what exactly?  There are several types of Form 1098.  The Form 1098 for mortgage interest paid, the Form 1098-E for student loan interest paid, Form 1098-T for Tuition paid

Retirement/pension income is reported to you on a Form 1099-R.  The section for reporting retirement income has been available for almost two months.

If you receiving messages that the section is not available an you are using the TurboTax online editions, close the program and then clear cache and cookies from your web browser, See this support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/01/26135
