There are 2 solutions to this issue:
- You can enter 0 or leave that box blank and it should allow you to e-file (this works for some)
- You can go back to Deductions and Credits and answer the questions, see if you qualify or not, then click Review. If you get that message again, enter 0, and it should go through.
