I would go back to the screen Based on the miles you drove...... You must have selected I'll enter my actual expenses.
Change the selection to I'll take the standard mileage deduction. Then you can change it back to I'll enter my actual expenses and start over with the interview questions.
I suspect that the issue has to do with whether the vehicle was coded as a 'new' vehicle. Special depreciation or bonus depreciation can be found in this TurboTax Help.
