Did you file and the IRS rejected it because they already got a return (from anyone) with your ssn on it. Any ssn on your return.
Why do you need to amend? You don't amend a rejected return. If the IRS already got a return with one of your ssn on it and you didn't file it then you will have to print and mail your return. And let the IRS sort it out.
