Not sure exactly what you mean here.......your "Online" tax file in TurboTax will always show your balance due that was supposed to be paid....The tax software does not get feedback from the Feds or the State as to whether a Balance Due was paid or not.......it just shows what was due to be paid at the time you filed your taxes..
Your confirmation of payment is a printout of your Bank account statement. Print it and put in your tax folder with a paper copy of your final tax returns. Get those printed now....do not depend on having easy access to them a year from now.
