If you are using the TurboTa online editions you can complete the 1099-R section, answer the questions concerning Covid-19 and how you want to the taxable amount of the distribution reported on your tax return, the whole thing or only 1/3. The Form 8915-E is included with the online return that is e-filed. You can submit your tax return.
