What? You sister cannot "pay" you as a dependent--so what do you mean----what is your sister doing? Did your sister claim you as her dependent?
If you can be claimed as someone else's dependent you cannot file as Head of Household.
Please explain what the two of you are trying to do---it sounds like both of you are confused.
