I'm guessing 2-3 weeks AFTER MD tax department figures out how to deal with it on their own computers....only then will they tell the Software companies exactly what they want done......thus, 2-3 weeks after MD figures it out themselves.
The is no light-switch solution.
Earliest guess? Late March....but could easily be later.
