If you purchased health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace at Healthcare.gov, you will receive a 1095-A form by mid February which will contain all the information regarding policy number and other info to input into the health insurance screens of TurboTax. If you have health insurance through an employer, Medicaid, or Medicare, you will receive a 1095-C from which does not need to be included with your return or inputted into TurboTax.
