You don't necessarily do so from that exact file.
What you do is go up to the upper-left corner of the screen (Windows..not sure where it is on a MAC) and click on
<File
<<New Tax Return
...and that starts a new one all over again....after you get started with it, you can either overwrite the old file, or give it a new name and leave the old one intact for reference purposes.
