Oops it appears the was a drop in our connection
Anybody else getting this error message when trying to do taxes on here? It's very frustrating, I already tried every possible troubleshoot I can think of, clearing cache/cookies, trying from different devices i.e. tablet/phone, I even opened a new account and had to start all over all to no avail. Getting fed up with this. When I call customer support they are not very helpful just tell me it's my internet connection, even though I have great internet and even stream tv content from my roku with no interruptions.
