No, your password changes for your TurboTax account will not affect the IRS acceptance of your returns.
If you haven't already you might try an online transcript of your prior year tax information from the IRS. If you have been filing jointly, you can make the request using your information in the IRS system. The AGI will be the same for you and your spouse.
