If my son was on my aca policy until August 2020. He then went into the military and was taken off my aca policy. He makes a good income and he is now independent. If You can not have dependency for part of the year for the aca , he is claiming himself for 2020 then will I be hit with a big aca shortfall bill since he is not a dependent now?
