First, go back and delete the information in TurboTax and re-enter it. Try a resubmission. That rejection is normally due to information on your tax return not matching what the social security administration has on file for you.
If it rejects again, you will need to contact your local social security office to verify what is on record for you.
If you can find and resolve the issue there you will be able to e-file. If not, you will need to print, sign and mail in your returns.
